Company Director Luke Medhurst (formerly Betros) began Keystone Project Advisory with the vision to offer quality project management solutions, positively influencing project outcomes. Luke’s is committed to delivering unparalleled, integrated Project Controls services encompassing planning & scheduling, cost estimating & control, procurement, scope control, risk management. Luke’s ability to work across all levels of client organisations have seen the demand for his involvement continue with long term relationships with businesses in Australia and New Zealand.

Also qualified in Computer Science, and together with extensive knowledge in Engineering and Information Technology ensures he is able to efficiently achieve client deliverables against business specific tools and platforms. Luke has a passion for Project Management and thrives on delivering successful projects. His drive for success and natural talent ensure that his services are always in demand.

Chad Trethowan

Senior Project Controls Engineer

Chad’s extensive knowledge and experience brings together over 20 years of service in the Project Management and Project Engineering field. Chad’s focus in recent years has been in successful management and delivery of oil & gas portfolio projects and more recently civil infrastructure projects. Recent experience has seen Chad successfully deliver oil flowline construction campaign for Santos in 2014/15 and before that managing construction activities for pipeline integrity project portfolio.

Chad is a key member of the Keystone Project Advisory team providing on the ground support for clients and their projects striving to achieve the best outcome for clients and project success. Chad is passionate and adaptable and always improving his skills and knowledge.

Kathleen brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as a Project Controls Engineer. Leveraging her strong analytical skills, Kat seamlessly integrates into projects to deliver unrivalled client value.

Kat has strong communication skills and an effective ability to facilitate a high level of collaboration across all engagements especially in busy project execution environments.

A fast learner with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, demonstrated with her high level of proficiency in the technical tools utilised in project controls service delivery.

Supported by a long term role in an operational environment on site, Kat has a practical and results focussed approach to her professional and personal life.

Project Controls Consultant

Grant is a committed and passionate team member who strives to continuously improve outcomes personally and for clients.

Grant leverages his attention to detail and industry knowledge in all aspects of his career. Managing large warehouses and complex materials requirements for major shutdowns, Grant's attention to detail and dedication are key tenants of his Project Controls philosophy aligned to Keystone's company values.

Motivated and focused, he is able to work independently and efficiently, quickly learning new skills and processes to delier quality results. An excellent communicator, he engages with clients and peers to deliver safe and precise results. An experienced shutdown, turnaround and outages professional, Grant has successfully delivered in some of Australia's most challening shutdown environments.

Frankie is a enthusiastic and dedicated young engineer with valuable hands on experience early in her career. Naturally curious and motivated to find the best outcome in all aspects of professional and personal life, Frankie integrates seamlessly into any project team and environment.

A recently graduated and highly determined engineer, Frankie is a committed young professional who thrives in high pressure environments. Her diverse skillset makes her very adaptable to unfamiliar environments, extending to both in and outside the professional workplace. Energetic and enthusiastic Frankie is rapidly building her skills in Project Controls, gaining invaluable site experience to support her technical understanding.

A fast learner with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively, Stuart has delivered projects using Agile and conventional methodologies, blending the best approaches from both to positively influence the course of delivery. Leveraging experience from on-site engineering projects, as well as cutting edge industrial software applications. Stuart has a reasoned and value driven approach to his professional life.
